In this role, you will:

  • Lead team to ensure site deliverables are achieved by following standard work and notifying third party supervisor of work direction to be given to their employees.
  • Operate and supply raw material to each machine on the asset line to produce a high-quality product.
  • Lead and conduct daily machine activities which may include sanitization, grade change, preventative maintenance, etc.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and perform minor vision and machine adjustments.
  • Attend and participate in daily production meetings to update leaders on how machine is operating and any issues to escalate.
  • Provide training to newly assigned Process Operators and to build capability of current Process Operators.
  • Ensure hourly and daily updates are provided on machine performance, shift work, quality incident and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) events.
  • Lead daily operations of the Solution Mix Asset by reviewing the Converting Repetitive Flexible Supply (RFS) schedule for daily batch production planning, Clean in Place (CIP) and Clean out of Place (COP) cleaning procedures, raw material receiving, etc. while supporting and assisting with Solution Mix activities such as maintenance, projects, validation, cleaning, etc.
  • Perform quality tests to determine finished product disposition for batch release to Converting.

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of manufacturing experience. Prefer associate’s degree from a technical college with 3+ years of manufacturing work experience working in a fast-paced and team-based work environment, with PLCs, robotics and high-speed manufacturing and converting equipment.
  • Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
  • Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening.
  • Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
  • Role model all Safety Requirements including Electrical Safe Working Practices, Hazard Recognition, and PPE. 
  • Adhere to all Quality Requirements including strict Gowning and Hygiene requirements. 
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds twice each hour.
  • Perform bending, twisting, stooping, and crouching movements.
  • Able to perform routine machine maintenance.

Starting Hourly Wage: $36.38 USD

This position is eligible for the starting wage listed above, overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year.  You’ll also enjoy a full benefits package, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan.
