This role is required in our Flow Cytometry laboratory due to the increased complexity of Flow operations and new assay validations. This role will act as liaison between science and operations in order to translate the science for the laboratory team for greatest compliance and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For...
Validation Subject Matter Expert
- Validation SME responsible to translate science of complex Assay Transfers (AT) to operations
- Point of contact of operations with our validation center in Brentwood (USA) and scientific validation teams
- Review of AT with our validation center and scientists in order to catch any operational challenges, review the SOP, provide feedback to validation teams in order to address and correct any points that need further clarity before assay in production
- Organize the wet lab with success at the bench
- Prompt follow up of the course of AT until signature completion
- Organize in prompt manner any repeats with the shortest delay possible
- Provide training to the rest of the team
- Overview of first patients received with success and provide support to the team
Instrument setup and troubleshooting
- Instrument SME for initial and recurrent instrument set up process ensuring good planning and compliance for instrument function
- Being autonomous and knowledgeable providing support and guidelines to the team
- Train and develop more SMEs
- Owner of all instrument related processes like compensation, baselines, project management etc…
- Organization of acquisition template optimization for each panel as needed in order for the testing team to be autonomous for the acquisition check and decrease the number of technical issues at the bench
Project Specialist
- To drive any project for the global Flow Cytometry team related to process improvement for the bench testing optimization like:
- Organization of acquisition template optimization for each panel as needed in order for the testing team to be autonomous for the acquisition check and decrease the number of technical issues at the bench
- Optimization of Working Solution Log
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in biological sciences (preferred) OR Medical Technologist degree
- Minimum of 2 years of Flow Cytometry experience working in autonomy on validations, projects and troubleshooting
- Any Flow Cytometry Certification is desired
- Advanced level of English (required)
