Tasks and Qualifications:
Principal Accountabilities
-
To comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times and promote a positive H&S culture.
-
KPI focused with a mentality to over achieve where possible
-
Provide first-line support to all equipment in scope of the Dematic contract.
-
Maintain product flow at all times.
-
Provide basic fault resolution and contribute towards complex faults alongside the engineering team
-
As required, provide assistance in maintenance and breakdown situations to the engineering team
-
To work within the manufacturers recommendations and industry standard practices
-
To drive 5S and value-add practices across site
-
Prioritisation of multiple system faults
-
To ensure quality of output at all times
-
To accurately record all work undertaken
-
Involvement in continuous improvement and sales opportunities
-
To represent the company in a professional manner at all times and maintain customer relations
-
To adhere to the Quality processes and procedures as set out by the company
Knowledge & Experience Required

Basic key-skills and basic IT competency
-
SafePass, CSCS Card (desirable)
-
Previous experience/knowledge of automated systems, warehouse or production environment
-
Working at height experience (desirable)
-
Demonstratable history of safe working and contribution towards a positive working culture
