What will you do?
The FinOps Data Analyst will manage analysis for FinOps projects, ensuring accurate data analysis, reporting, and process improvements. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct detailed data analysis to support financial operations. Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Financial Systems Integration: Collaborate with Finance, MIS, BI, PMO and other teams to integrate and optimize financial systems. Ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement within financial operations. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • BI Tool implementation for all Financial systems: Analyse data sets needed to be presented through BI Tool, working on implementation with the BI Team, creating of DashBoards and reports for all Finance Teams.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis and Projects: Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and manage additional projects as required to support business objectives.


Job Requirements
What you should have:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, project management, or a related role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), advanced Excel skills, experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and familiarity with SQL.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present data and project updates clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
