Job Description

The ERP Associate Business Analyst provides support to operational business partners and user community in Finance, Supply Chain or HR to develop, implement, maintain, and improve configurations and processes within their respective domains in Workday. Advocates for user needs and coordinates support requests within the functional area. Assists with efficient and effective functioning and management of the Workday system. Assists with new and existing functionality, system upgrades, business processes, configurations, change management, and testing efforts. Acts as liaison among various operational business partners including Finance, Supply Chain, Payroll, IS&T and Human Resources.

Experience

  • No minimum experience required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital solution projects including project management, vendor management, and solution delivery skills
  • Experience in a corporate finance or healthcare setting
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word)

Education

  • College degree in operationally related area or equivalent experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops relationships with business partners, departments, individuals, and coworkers by participating in meetings and developing an in-depth knowledge of their systems, applications, processes, workflows, and people.
  • Performs workday business processes within respective domain. 
  • Provides data to business partners using existing or new Workday custom reports. 
  • Troubleshoots issues with supported systems and communicates effectively with end users and technical partners.
  • Follows organizational change management processes and procedures.
  • Provides and communicates clear documentation for support, status, and issues resolutions.
  • Works closely with the project team to track issues through resolution.
  • Collaborates with work group to develop and coordinate test scenarios, document results, and resolve issues that arise out of testing.
  • Responds to support calls within designated times according to priority and provides regular updates until resolution.
