As a Financial Planning & Analysis Junior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial processes such as budgeting, planning, and reporting. Acting as a trusted partner to budget owners and department heads, you’ll contribute to maintaining the company’s financial health through data-driven insights and analysis.
This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience looking to expand their expertise in financial planning and analysis while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for finance-related support to budget owners and department heads.

Assist in managing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Conduct variance analyses and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
-
Support staff cost planning, collaborating with senior leadership to manage this process efficiently.

Partner with multiple departments to optimize financial performance and achieve organizational goals.

Contribute to the implementation of financial planning and reporting tools.

Assist in preparing management reports and materials for decision-making.

Provide ad hoc financial analyses as required.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

2-3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, financial controlling, or a related role.

Strong technical skills, including experience with Power BI and/or financial planning tools.

Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Experience in business partnering or staff cost planning is a plus.

A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.

Full professional fluency in English.
