Position Summary
Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) is a bunch of planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical activities that support a company's major business decisions and overall financial health.
Role and Responsibilities
Main responsibilities
- Supporting sales related budget analysis, forecasting and performing variance analysis to explain discrepancies.
- Preparing financial and strategic plans for individual departments and the wider organization.
- Evaluating new and existing projects, investments, and spending to determine their validity and their value.
- Recommending improvements of using financial resources
- Ad-hoc business analysis requested by top management
Monthly tasks
- Executing monthly forecast & target planning
- Support closing processes
- Preparing regular financial reports and analysis to support CFO
Reporting requirements
- Preparing various financial performance reports requested by Line managers
- Supporting and preparing regular reports related with plan and actual performance (Sales, Sales Deduction, Marketing, Profitability)
Others
- Supporting the daily work of the Line Manager
- Preparing and collecting finance related data
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements
- BA/BSC degree preferably in Finance/Business Administration
- Min. 2 years' experience in relevant areas
- Fluent English knowledge is a must
- Hungarian and/or Korean language knowledge is an advantage
- Organized way of working
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Reliable, motivated, high attention to details
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Ability to meet high level of expectations
