Position Summary
1. Support internal management decision-making by producing business performance analysis which is identified, measured and delivered economic information of business activities by accounting method.
2. Establish management and execution plans and conduct financial supports such as managing actual implementation of plans to maximize business performance.
3. Optimize and efficiently manage internal policy & procedure based on business accounting standards and business circumstance.
Role and Responsibilities
I. Pricing:
- Update CP Simulation for price setting preparation
- Pricing PUMI Knox Approval
- FIORI/ NERP Pricing Condition Reflection approval
Il. Planning
- Yearly & Monthly Planning & Forecasting
- Sales plan: Provide historical data to BU for sales planning preparation / Collect & consolidate sales plan in details (pricing, SD, Net sales, Gross Margin, sales by customer group) from BU; Review and confirm to upload system
- OH Planning: Prepare other CGS, LCM/ Aging, other O/H / Review & cross-check CGS & Opex with CO Team
- Subsidiary PnL Review
III. Closing:
- Sales Closing: Follow up & update sales progress (Billing/ Bundle/ Redemption Sales/ Other Revenue manually posting); Sales Deduction Status Gross Margin check Vs. forecasting, follow up gross margin gap reasons
- OH Closing: Other CGS update & check Vs. forecasting for LCM/Aging/ Duty Tax / Expense- Installation & etc.
- Opex: Update & review by PnL items with CO Team to make sure all expense must be posted fully
- Subsidiary PnL Review
- Update and report pre-closing Sub PL to HQ
IlI. Analysis
- Sales/ Gross Margin/ Sub Profit & Consolidated profit variances analysis (Vs. MP/Previous/ LY Version)
- Deep-dive analysis consolidated PL in details of by models/ Accounts/ Channels/Supply PL & HQ Allocation
IV. Other Supports:
- Monthly package reports (TIM Investment/ Consolidated PnL By Accounts/ CP Simulation/ Profit Trend & Etc.)
- Ad-hoc reports from Management/ RHQ & HQ
Skills and Qualifications
• Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
• Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree
