The Quality Assurance (QA) team is responsible for setting and maintaining the standard and assurance on all Anti-money Laundering work completed by Financial Crime Operations (FCO) through applying sound judgment and investigation in line with the Groups Risk Framework, policies and Regulatory Obligations.
As a valued member of the QA team, you will actively contribute to the daily operations that underpin our operational success.
The Role:
As a Reporting and Insights Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless delivery of QA reporting and insights. Your commitment to excellence will be reflected in the high-quality outputs you consistently produce.
You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management and delivery of Quality Assurance (QA) data, ensuring that timely and accurate reporting and insights are provided to stakeholders. A key aspect of the role is to understand and analyse how changes in policy, processes, and procedures within the QA team impact data and key performance metrics. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy in our reporting processes.
On any given day you will:

Assist with the day-to-day management of Quality Assurance Data.

Analyse dashboards to identify trends, insights and provide recommendations from reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Understand how policy and procedure changes with the QA team will impact data and key performance metrics.

Ensure data accuracy, identify quality issues, and develop action plans to improve Quality Assurance outcomes.

Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) culture and identify opportunities to further optimise and streamline existing process.
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

Strong experience with complex Excel spreadsheets and formulas and the maintenance of Tableau data sets and dashboards.

High level of proficiency in financial analysis tools and software used for Quality Assurance Reporting.

Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify discrepancies, assess accuracy and evaluate financial data effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for reporting and collaboration.
