Alleima Business Unit (BU) Medical produce and sell components for life changing medical devices. We are on an exciting growth journey and have during the last years made three acquisitions and set up two greenfield sites. Being a truly global organization, we have manufacturing sites in Germany, Switzerland, Poland and Italy as well as in the USA. We are also setting up a new site in Malaysia.
We are now looking for a financial controller to our latest acquisition in Poland, ENDOX Polska Sp. z o.o.
Your Role
As a Production Unit Controller at Alleima, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely reporting of consolidated actual performance, forecasts, and targets. You will support the operations with analysis, advice, and tools to optimize performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

Accounting and group reporting activities, ensuring that this is done in accordance with accounting principles, laws and regulations.

Follow up, analysis, and clear explanations and comments regarding actual results, forecasts, and targets

Drive improvements in both reporting and forecasting accuracy

Support profitability analysis

Maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements and capital expenditure schedules.

Provide technical expertise and advice to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities.
About You
You are an experienced financial controller who enjoys developing the way we do reporting and aligning with the company routines. With Endox being a newly acquired company, the right candidate thrives in environments where routines need to be set up.
It is also important to be a team player and enjoy supporting and training colleagues in different functions in the new way of working. You easily understand how your processes impact the overall business.
With Business unit Medical being very globalized, proficiency in English is important as well as of course Polish to be able to interact with local colleagues and authorities. Familiarity with M3 and Qlikview is a plus, and advanced Excel skills are expected. You are also well versed in financial reporting, budgeting, accounting, and internal controls.
