The Financial Controller will support the finance manager with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing activities. Key responsibilities include manufacturing cost monitoring, SAP cost maintenance, preparing analyses for top management, and participating in internal and external audits while cooperating with operational teams.

Qualifications:
- Higher education
- Understanding of P&L structure
- 3-5 years experience in manufacturing environment, preferably with international exposure
- Advanced Excel skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills and can-do approach
- English (B2 or above)
- Attention to details
- Communication skills with the ability to explain financial data to non-financial stakeholders
