We are looking for a dedicated Financial Controller to support the achievement of company goals by coordinating the annual budgeting process, analyzing financial results, and providing actionable insights for decision-making.

You will play a key role in managing and ensuring the effectiveness of the business's planning and control systems.
Your day at Ferring

Provide proactive and timely analysis of financial plans, variances, risks, and impacts.

Deliver valuable insights to other departments.

Identify areas for business improvement and implement necessary measures.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across operations.

Ensure strict compliance with IFRS, internal guidelines, and local tax and financial regulations.

Manage journal entries and perform analytical reviews.

Conduct internal controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Handle inventory management, costing, and periodic stock takes.

Drive ambitious financial goals by coordinating the budgeting process and challenging organizational inputs.

Oversee product cost calculations and analyze manufacturing variances.

Prepare financial forecasts and management reports.

Provide strategic insights for decision-making and propose efficiency improvements.

Ensure adherence to global and local financial guidelines.

Proactively assess risks and propose corrective actions to mitigate them.

Support the implementation of corporate finance programs and standardize financial information systems.

Foster cross-functional collaboration to optimize process efficiency.
Behind our Mission…There’s you

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting roles, especially in cost analysis, P/L analysis, internal audits and budgeting and forecasting.

Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is preferred.

Expertise in financial principles, processes, and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle).

Advanced skills in financial data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).

Proven leadership experience and ability to influence stakeholders.

Professional proficiency in business English and the local language.

Results-oriented and strategic thinker.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
