Join us as a Financial Control Associate
- You’ll be responsible for the delivery and integrity of monthly financial information, including balance sheet, profit and loss account, and statutory and external reporting
- We’ll look to you to lead teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual financial information

What you'll do
As a Financial Control Manager, you’ll be accountable for your team’s performance and daily activity delivery, implementing performance measures and promoting a culture of data and information quality.
You’ll also set the control frameworks and deliverable governance framework aligned to our overall strategy, ensuring adherence to the strategy, operating model and process architecture principles.
In addition, you’ll:
- Prepare, review the calculations of transfer pricing adjustments in line transfer pricing models and tax policy and arrange invoicing of the above
- Manage stakeholder delivery and engagement
- Actively participate in strategic initiatives, supporting onshore team and driving a continuous improvement culture in the team
- Delivering full substantiation and reconciliation of the balance sheet and profit and loss accounts within a controlled framework, understanding the key business drivers
- Setting and managing internal controls, such as the develop control framework
- Establishing strong analytical procedures over the balance sheet and profit and loss account
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for an individual with a relevant qualification in accounting / CA/ CWA / MBA / B.Com along with excellent transferable experience of working in a large multinational financial services environment, preferably in financial control and reporting.
You’ll have extensive experience in leading, motivating and directing a small team, and ideally have experience of global working.
We’ll also look to you to bring:
- Strong experience in financial control experience
- Skilled at problem solving and analytical review
- Ability to navigate and manage multiple types of stakeholders across different entities and geographical locations and the ability to implement operating model and strategic change
- Experience of implementing business process and procedural change in a complex business environment
- Strong experience in banking payment systems, interlinked financial systems and accounting procedures
- A proven ability to drive culture and generate several ways forward to achieve team objectives
