This role will be supporting the India Client Management & Leadership Team for Amex GBT with any client billing and settlement queries, as well as liaising with vendor partner to ensure the accurate and timely production and payment of invoices by our corporate clients where relevant. There will also be Adhoc project support needed as required for local, regional and global initiatives to drive the ongoing improvement of the e2e billing processes. This role is part of the APAC Global Client Billing Team who work closely with multiple functions like client management, sales, finance, controllership & service delivery teams.

What You'll Do:

• Reviewing client contracts and profile to ensure the fees are set up correctly in any billing systems in line with contract.
• Perform quality control checks on settlements and invoices
• Provide support and assist in projects related to financial analysis, accounting, systems and processes.
• This role is client facing and will be required to liaise with key contacts as required.
• Partner with senior leadership to define the strategy for Billing and Settlements.
• Ad-hoc support on client query and audit requirement.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills required, both written and oral as this role requires influencing and demonstrating ability across multiple business divisions and stakeholders
• Analytical and process oriented, with the ability to think strategically about the business
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• At least 5-7 years experience in a similar role
• Positive and motivated, ability to work independently but part of a distributed team
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Knowledge of travel industry and/or travel industry economics a bonus
