The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Finance team as a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will be reporting directly to the Manager of FP&A and will be responsible for the Company’s budgeting and forecasting processes and financial analysis to support key decisions. This role will interact with key stakeholders to present timely and accurate reports, and work to streamline procedures, improve efficiencies and resolve issues.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. The candidate will have approximately 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, investment banking or other related fields. MBA or CPA is a plus.

Initial Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing board presentations whenever required
- Conduct monthly P&L and business reviews with business unit heads on both financial results and vs. key operating metrics
- Provide post-merger financial integration support for corporate development function, developing and updating long term financial projections
- Manage cross functional FP&A team across disparate business units
- Provide input through business modeling and pro-forma analyses to support strategic decision-making in day-to-day operations and new programs
- Work side by side with accounting team on topics such as variance analysis & reporting
- Work with business unit leads to help them understand how their business is performing
- Internal and external reporting (board, banks other lenders)
- Ad hoc special analysis projects (i.e. profitability analysis of products & services, CAC, LTV, etc.)
- Look for places to drive reporting and ongoing analysis automation
Requirements
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Think cell a plus
- Experience with SAAS business model and requisite KPIs and Analytics
- Excellent analysis skills and the ability to identify issues/opportunities and recommend solutions
- Experience with financial planning software best practices and build out
- Adaptive Insight
- NetSuite
- Must be comfortable managing geographically diverse business units
- Post-Merger Integration management work
- Detail-oriented individual with tremendous amount of intellectual curiosity
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must show initiative, be hands-on, work well both independently on projects and as part of a team
- Proven ability to multitask and work through ambiguous requirements
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work issues at all levels within the organization.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to drive projects to completion
- Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
Base Compensation Range:
$80,000 - $110,000 annually
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
