JOB SUMMARY:
Primary responsibility for performing financial analysis to be used by Division Ops team to assess financial and operational performance.  Provides support in feasibility modeling, annual planning, quarterly forecasting, historical cost and budget analysis, and expense performance comparisons.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in the feasibility process by preparing models to support the Land and Finance teams
- Assists in the preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual plan
- Consolidates budget submissions from various departments and perform budget analysis
- Reviews overhead performance and develops benchmarks to monitor performance
- Prepares reports and analysis to management including, but not limited to variance reports and operational metrics

- Prepares monthly journal entries 
- Maintains general ledger accounts and prepares monthly reconciliations
- Coordinates work efforts with National Shared Services
- Prepares and maintains supporting documentation for the Division’s SOX binders

- Prepares year-end tax package and various financial reports

REQUIRED EDUCATION:  (degree, licenses, certifications, etc.) 
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent in related field)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:  (work related, tools/equipment, software, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years general accounting or finance experience
- Knowledge of accounting theory and practice
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under time pressure
