Financial Analyst - Gr Supply Chain and Procurement

Verisure, operating under three brands (Verisure, Securitas Direct and Arlo) is seeking a talented, innovative and passionate Group Finance Analyst to join the Group Supply Chain & Procurement Finance team, reporting to the Group Finance Manager – Supply Chain & Procurement in Madrid.

This position offers an opportunity to impact our ambition to growth. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth by analyzing key financial and operational KPIs, preparing financial estimates and business plans, as well as identifying risks and business opportunities.  He/she will contribute to the Financial Leadership and Business Partnering by building a holistic view with data and reports and driving a strong customer service culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the month-end closing process and prepare detailed financial reports.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance/KPIs monthly. Identify and explain deviations.
  • Conduct detailed financial, profitability and operational analyses, including inventory control and stock management.
  • Prepare financial planning for the short, mid, and long term.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements by conducting regular and ad-hoc analysis that provide actionable business insights and recommendations for Finance and Supply Chain management.
  • Support Gr Finance and Supply Chain projects with holistic business cases and sensitivity analysis, including stewardship and governance efforts.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Economics, Finance, or Industrial/Management Engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, data models, etc).
  • 4–6 years of experience in industrial, logistics or manufacturing environments, with strong knowledge of cost accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
