POSITION SUMMARY:

The Financial Analysis Senior Advisor is responsible for working collaboratively internally and with external client partners to identify and manage value. This individual will work closely with the Centene client, Account Management teams, Supply Chain, and Pricing to ensure all pricing related contractual commitments are met. As a Senior Advisor, you will manage large data tables and tools that measure client guarantee performance, develop tracking reports, and communicate any known risks or opportunities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Complete pricing related activities for rental network clients, which includes development of custom network pricing and rate counters.

  • Develop and maintain all price points on client pricing files.

  • Participate in coordination with Network Operations to ensure production price points reflect desired rates.

  • Monitor and track client and provider guarantee performances.

  • Perform monthly client guarantee accrual and reconciliation reporting for select clients.

  • Report on pricing guardrail performance and adherence.

  • Work closely with Contracting team to help research pharmacy inquiries around reimbursement due to rental network/PBM relationship.

  • Complete financial assessment of re-contracted retail network rates.

  • Design and implement tools and financial models to support decision makers with forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

  • Develop reporting for discussions around annual plan, monthly operating report, and mid-year projections.

  • Meet collaboratively with clients to discuss any financial or operational issues or opportunities.

  • Direct client interaction to build relationship and triage issues.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) with 6+ years of experience in Finance, Client Setup, or Supply Chain

  • Experience in financial modeling and financial planning and analysis

  • Experience in PBM retail network pricing including client and/or provider guarantee management

  • Experience in SQL and managing/analyzing large data sets

  • Experience working cross functionally in a collaborative environment

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including macros

  • Comfort working in dynamic and deadline driven environments


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 95,300 - 158,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
