Reporting to the Sales Finance COE (Center of Excellence) Manager, you will build, maintain, and improve a variety of business intelligence tools and reporting capabilities used by various departments (sales, accounting, logistics, information technology, etc.) to analyze the financial performance of customers, regions, and products. Additionally, you will support ad hoc financial analysis requests on profitability and performance variance. You will help modernize the performance of the Sales Finance organization through business intelligence tools and cross-functional process improvement.

The Sales Finance COE is a team within the Sales Finance organization focused on technology development, data analytics, and process improvement. In addition to technology-focused work the Sales Finance COE conducts monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial analysis and presents findings to the Chief Sales Officer and additional cross-functional partners.

Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboard data refreshes and communicate trends, variances, and opportunities for performance improvement to 100+ individuals
  • Investigate and resolve dashboard issues by analyzing data and collaborating with other departments
  • Use extract, transform, and load (ETL) technology platforms to create unified data sources to feed business intelligence tools
  • Apply critical thinking and investigative skills to build and improve reporting tools that enhance the analytical capabilities of business users
  • Support a variety of long-range projects to improve business processes, expand data availability, and improve reporting capabilities
  • Analyze the feasibility, level of effort, and importance of dashboard changes and improvements requested by business partners

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field required (e.g. economics, statistics)
  • 2+ years of professional experience in general business, corporate finance, or information technology
  • Experience sourcing data from platforms such as SAP and Snowflake, connecting data to business intelligence tools, and creating calculated metrics for analysis
  • Experience building, maintaining, and improving complicated Power BI dashboards that contain dynamic visuals including page filters/slicers, bookmarks connected to buttons, and conditional formatting
  • Microsoft Office skills: Excel (pivot tables and complex functions such as XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, CONCAT, IFERROR, etc.), PowerPoint (Excel chart and data formatting, stacked visuals, table formatting, Slide Master, etc.)
  • At this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future.

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
