Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and improve performance metrics to assist with business evaluation and decision-making. Ensure the accurate compilation, timely reporting, and analysis of data.
- Analyze and report on commercial programs, customer, and division activity (revenue, profitability, savings/value delivered) on a monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc basis.
- Support accounting, forecasting and alignment of Corporate Incentive process while driving critical improvements.
- Support monthly expense and headcount management. Partner with GBS teams to ensure results are accurate and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Conduct customer centric reporting and analysis
- Support revenue forecasting and actively participate in monthly and quarterly business reporting activities
- Lead various Operations finance projects
- Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or other relevant area
At least 3 years of direct experience in financial analysis and reporting preferably within a large, matrixed organization
Hiring Criteria:
- Proven ability to make logical assumptions, incorporate external and internal information, and effectively benchmark results against appropriate baselines
- Possess advanced analytical capabilities with proven financial modeling skills using MS Excel, PowerPoint and Oracle
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to develop high levels of credibility and forge strong professional relationships with peers and senior management
- Demonstrated continuous improvement with a successful track record of optimizing processes
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and implement them successfully
- Self-motivated with a bias for action.

- Possess high level of integrity and ethics
- Committed to collaboration and working well in a team
- Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
