We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to lead and execute the annual planning cycle, to drive benchmarking and business performance management in one or more of the following key areas: financial planning and analysis for Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Inventory. This role has a significant impact across markets and business units to im
prove overall COGS performance in the region through identifying and driving savings opportunities and standardizing, and simplifying processes. As Finance Manager you partner with the Supply Chain Leaders to optimize operational performance and you will be leading a team of analysts, fully accountable for your team’s development and performance
What You Will Do:
- Develop your SC Finance team to ensure a co-pilot mentality partnering with operations and to ensure that Finance is a credible, influential and value-adding counterpart for them.
- Coach, lead and develop talent in the team for both professional growth and to deliver business growth.
- Drive high level of business performance analysis and insight, market/business units' level operational analytics across all lines of P&L assigned to your accountability area.
- Identify and execute savings opportunities and deliver analytics for supply chain projects.
- Proactively seek and implement process improvement initiatives across all areas of accountability
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and recommendations to support the Supply Chain Leadership Team
- Monthly Forecast cycle: Lead the process of determining and communicating the drivers impacting spend and P&L implications to business units.
- Annual plan: Create a budget jointly with the SC Finance team while the business partnering with SC operations.

What You Will Need:
- Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting. An accounting certification e.g. ACCA, CIMA, MBA, CFA (in progress or completed) is a plus,
- 5+ years relevant work experience as finance business support in a multinational company. Experience in the supply chain is an advantage,
- English fluency (C1 written and verbal) is a must, other European language is an advantage.
- Experience and/or desire to learn about ERP/BI systems and reporting and analysis platforms,
- Proven experience in leadership and talent development,
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and pro-active personality,
- Structured, agile, and process-oriented individual,
- Business acumen, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills,
- Willingness to travel occasionally
