Job Summary
As a Financial Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Director of Finance and handling a range of financial and administrative duties as needed. From assisting in financial modeling and management reporting to handling accounting and general ledger tasks, your strong financial expertise will help drive our success.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Finance with month-end close and financial reporting
  • Enter journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts as needed
  • Support in reviewing financial statements
  • Assist with financial modeling for forecasts and budgeting
  • Process accounts payable invoices and W-9 verification for new vendors
  • Execute weekly accounts payable payment runs and manage invoice due dates
  • Process bank deposits and cash entries
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned
