Job Description

Are you ready to use your financial expertise in a dynamic, international environment?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Financial Accountant to join our team. From our regional head office in Apeldoorn, you will contribute to the financial success of our entities in Europe and the Middle East. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to optimize processes and build on the further growth of our organization.

As a Financial Accountant you are the point of contact for external accountants and internal country managers. You coordinate administrative processes and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

What are you going to do?

Financial management: You monitor the completeness and quality of the administration of our entities.

Daily processes: You take care of payments, following up on debtors and creditors and other administrative tasks.

Financial processes: You carry out compliance, ESG, treasury and legal processes.

Reports: You take care of monthly closings, prepare monthly reports and support with annual closings.

Provision of information: You are the information source and proactive source of information for management teams in various countries.

Process optimization: You think about and support the improvement of work processes.

Qualifications

What do you bring?

Financial expertise: You have a completed MBO+/HBO education with an administrative background and relevant work experience in a broad financial function.

Language skills: You have an excellent command of Dutch and English both verbally and in writing (English is the international working language).

Tools & systems: You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems (experience with IFS is a plus).

Personal characteristics: You work in a structured and accurate manner, have good communication skills, are proactive and solution oriented.

Availability: You are available 38 hours per week.
