About Role:
We are seeking a proficient Financial Accountant to take charge of the preparation, computation, management, research, and analysis of the company's financial data. Your role will involve providing comprehensive insights into the company's performance, liquidity, solvency, and cash flows, alongside conducting in-depth analyses of its financial standing and drawing informed conclusions.
Responsibilities:
- Executing all financial accounting operations in adherence to accounting principles and regulations
- Computing taxes, generating tax returns, balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and related financial documentation
- Crafting budgets and financial forecasts
- Producing accurate and timely financial statements
- Overseeing month-end and year-end closing processes
- Conducting audits on the company's financial transactions and preparing documentation for accounting control procedures
- Retrieving, analyzing, and managing the company's financial data
- Preparing regular reports for the company's executives and senior management
- Safeguarding corporate information with strict confidentiality measures and implementing safety protocols such as periodic database backups
- Staying abreast of updates to financial policies, regulations, and legislation
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in roles such as Cost Accountant or similar positions
- Profound expertise in accounting, financial practices, and business principles
- Excellent proficiency in accounting software
- Strong numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Commitment to productivity and confidentiality
- Advanced degree in Accounting; possessing a CPA or CMA certification would be advantageous
