The Finance Systems Specialist will be responsible in for performing tasks related to finance systems administration, finance systems implementation and related initiatives and other finance system initiatives. This includes daily system reconciliation, maintenance and processing of chart of values, periodic access reviews, conducting user acceptance testing, implementing process improvements, among others.

1. Experience in financial reporting, particularly on use of finance systems (e.g. SAP).
2. Accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Good organizational skills (planning, time management and priority management); able to timely meet internal and/or external deadlines
4. Good verbal and written communications skills plus good listening skills
5. Advanced analytical, comprehension and presentation skills.
6. Proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)
1. Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or business related-course.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other relevant credentials/designation is an advantage.
3. Experience in SAP or other Finance-systems is an advantage.
4. Experience in user acceptance testing.
5. Ability to effectively manage relationships across the organization.
6. Ability to identify, interpret and report on trends, analyze data and make recommendations to team leads and managers.
Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)
Finance system administration
• Manage the daily reconciliation and error handling of finance systems feeds, including providing support on incident management.
• Manage chart of values (COV) requests and other systems administration activities.
• Provide support on monthly and quarterly closing activities.
• Manage user acceptance and other testing requirements (including product-related systems changes / enhancements), as may be required.
• Lead the performance of periodic access reviews for Finance systems, shared drives, Sharepoint and other underlying information resources / platforms.
• Provide support on external and internal audit requirements.
• Lead process and control improvements and documentation relating to finance systems administration operations, including proactive management of service level agreements (SLA) metrics.
• Perform any other relevant administrative tasks of the team.
Finance system implementation and related initiatives
• Lead and/or provide support on Finance systems implementation, enhancements and related initiatives, including systems transformation projects (and decommissioning of old systems).
