Estamos buscando un profesional de Crédito y Cartera.

Con sede en Bogotá -Colombia, con el objetivo  de garantizar el soporte y acompañamiento al equipo comercial, realizar la gestión integral de los clientes a cargo en cuanto a asignación de cupos, gestión de liberación de pedidos, gestión de cartera, proyección de recaudo controlando el overdue y el DSO de las zonas a cargo.

 

Principales Responsabilidades

 

Garantizar el análisis y seguimiento oportuno del estado de la cartera de los clientes. Mantener actualizado el estado de cuenta de clientes (Cruce de pagos, notas, anticipos, cruce de cuentas y demás) generando reporte por edades de esta para la toma de decisiones por parte de la dirección de crédito y cobranza y realizar la conciliación de las cuentas a cargo. Liderar comités de cartera para seguimiento de recaudo con ejecutivos de cuenta y gerente de la unidad. Asegurar la disminución a cierre de mes de partidas pendientes por identificar. Control y verificación de liquidación descuentos financieros otorgados a los clientes. Generar certificaciones comerciales de los clientes con cupo de crédito. Creación, gestión y seguimiento de cupos con la aseguradora, análisis de documentación financiera para crédito interno. Entrega de Reporte de Cierre de Mes (Provisión, DSO, Overdue) y verificación de saldos contables. Realizar revisión de cartera con los asesores y gerentes a cargo.

 

¿A quién buscamos?

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Contaduría Pública, Ingeniería Industrial o afines

  • 1 a 2 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados

  • Manejo de ERP JDE Edwards / SAP

  • Manejo de herramientas digitales, excel intermedio,

  • Habilidades en: Orientación al detalle, Actitud de servicio, Trabajo en Equipo, Planeación y Organización, Comunicación efectiva, Adaptación al cambio.

 

Overview and main functions

 

We are looking for a Credit and Portfolio professional.

Based in Bogotá -Colombia, with the objective of guaranteeing support and accompaniment to the commercial team, carrying out comprehensive management of the clients in charge in terms of allocation of quotas, order release management, portfolio management, collection projection, controlling the overdue and the DSO of the zones in charge.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

1. Guarantee timely analysis and monitoring of the status of client portfolios.

2. Keep the client's account status updated (Payment crossing, notes, advances, account crossing and others) generating a report by age for decision making by the credit and collection management and carrying out the reconciliation of the accounts in charge.

3. Lead portfolio committees to monitor collections with account executives and unit manager.

4. Ensure the reduction at the end of the month of pending items to be identified.

5. Control and verification of settlement financial discounts granted to clients.

6. Generate commercial certifications from clients with credit quota.

7. Creation, management and monitoring of quotas with the insurer, analysis of financial documentation for internal credit.

8. Delivery of Month Closing Report (Provision, DSO, Overdue) and verification of accounting balances.

9. Conduct a portfolio review with the advisors and managers in charge.

 

¿Who are we looking for?

 

• Professional in Business Administration, Public Accounting, Industrial Engineering or similar

• 1 to 2 years of experience in related positions

• Desirable management of ERP, JDE Edwards/SAP

• Management of digital tools, intermediate excel,

• Skills in: Detail orientation, Service attitude, Teamwork, Planning and Organization, Effective communication, Adaptation to change.
