- Review and Process Monthly Fixed Payments > Utilities and Other Office Expenditures
- Responsible to ensure AP / T&E claims are paid within the scope of the company policy / Service legal agreement.
- To ensure all the payments are paid within the stipulated time agreed in the service legal agreement.
- To ensure accurate posting of AP / T&E/ EA /IC & FP
- To perform reconciliation on AP / T&E/ EA /IC & FP
- To ensure all the documents are properly filed or archived
- To prepare Monthly Statistical Report on AP / T&E/ EA /IC & FP
- Responsible to improve payment process accordance to the policies & reduce urgent payment requisition from internal customers
- Responsible for queries from Internal and External Vendor
- Assist the team for Internal & External Audit
- Assist the team for Monthly, Quarterly and Year End Closing
- To summarize cash status for payment approval
- To generate weekly or monthly reports for Line Manager
- To handle administration matters for finance and controlling department
- To document process flows and changes
- Assist in ad hoc assignment assigned by the Line Manager
Your Expertise
- Diploma or Degree in Finance or related field
- Professional competencies, special knowledge
- (e.g. languages, IT):
- At least 3 years of related working experience in P2P function
- Personal competencies (max. 5 criteria)
- Good communication skills
- Able to handle multi-tasks and priorities accordingly
- Committed to meeting deadlines.
