We are currently looking for:
Finance Specialist, Financial Planning & Analysis
Location: Kraków or other CANPACK location in Poland
Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist will join dynamic Group Controlling Department, that collaborates with other professionals to obtain various information needed for decision making process that should be supported by numbers. This work is used to steer CANPACK Group strategy, capital allocation and operating improvements.
Your main activities are as follow:
Planning, Forecasting & Reporting
- Supporting annual budgeting process, forecasting and reporting in CANPACK Group by providing tools, central assumptions and guidance
- Gathering and verifying required deliverables, preparing overviews for the entire CANPACK Group and consolidating standalone reports
Financial Analysis
- Analyzing planned and actual unit production cost across portfolio of products
- Preparation of calculations and analysis for applications for financing, insurance, auditors and consultants
- Critical verification of received overviews, reports, analysis and financial presentations provided by subsidiaries
Management Information
- Supporting automation of internal processes and gathering data from ERP system.
- Preparing overviews to be included in management presentations to management and supervisory board.
- Continuously improving and developing management reporting and planning systems in CANPACK Group.
Business Partnering
- Supporting local Finance Teams across the world in operational activities, (best practices sharing, knowledge transferring, shadowing).
- Acting as a finance business partner with other organizational units of CANPACK SA and CANPACK Group subsidiaries.
Others
- Financial verification of vendors contracts.
- Supporting implementation of other systems and projects in CANPACK Group.
Our expectations :
- University degree in finance related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance departments (Controlling, FP&A, Finance Analysis)
- Strong interpersonal skills with personal confidence to quickly build credibility
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex raw data into simple key messages
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Hands-on attitude and continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent English and Polish
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage
