Responsibilities:
• Develop long-term and near-term financial plans, partnering with relevant functional areas to articulate business priorities and financial plans to execute against those priorities.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting metrics by analysing financial data, performing complex data entry, verifying accuracy and collaborating with senior leadership as needed.
• Assist Finance Business Partners in developing and executing strategies to help achieve the goals and objectives of the departments/towers.
• Prepare and maintain the budgeting and forecasting tool for assigned line(s) of business.
• Prepare regular reports including KPI and dashboard reporting , recommendations, and interpretations to the leadership group based on financial and operating data and variances in the budget.
• Ensure compliance with existing policies, procedures and relevant regulations/legislations.
• Maintain an efficient, effective and comprehensive process for developing financial plans and analysis that links to the strategic objectives.
• Assist in the financial analysis of feasibility of projects as well as benefits realised from key initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
• Provide visible leadership, effective communication, and feedback to the team.
