Processing, analyzing and reporting of financial transactions and information. Assisting with budgeting processes and preparing various management reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
1) 1 FTE assigned handling BU’s such as QIA/QMS/LMI/Trade Credit/, and other Business units. This role is assigned under the Non-Insurance Accounting team, which requires processing of journal entries, account reconciliations and reports preparation.
2) Output deadlines per calendar are tight and requires the team at full capacity to meet them.
3) Review or perform as needed highly complex and critical tasks
4) Review and approval of the journals/reports/balance sheet reconciliations prepared by Specialists/ Analysts.
5) Processing of other Period End activities such as, but not limited to:
- TB downloads
- Revaluations
- Recharges
- Payment allocations
- Working calculations template
- Fixed asset Accounting
- Restatement of Historical average rates
- Movement analysis
- TB Review/Analytics
- Other tasks assigned
