Job Description Summary:
The Coca-Cola Company, an iconic global beverage company that provides refreshment and moments of delight for millions around the world, seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic intern to contribute to the financial operations and broader operational strategy of the Global Meetings & Events (GME) team. We are seeking a proactive and forward-thinking professional who can effectively develop solutions to operational challenges, support the development and delivery of multiple initiatives related to financial operations, and analyze and leverage data to ensure excellent service delivery within the Global Meetings & Events team. This role is responsible for gathering and interpreting critical data to support our strategic initiatives and will manage multiple projects at once.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of various programs and projects related to GME finance and operational strategies.

Conduct research and collect relevant data to inform strategic decisions.

Analyze and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), encompassing all aspects from intake through execution across Global Meetings & Events.

Localize global guidelines and protocols pertaining to vendor management and service delivery within the Meetings & Events department.

Review, analyze, and implement service provider contracts; monitor and compile data for periodic business review meetings with partners; collaborate in preparation of financial analyses and reports for senior management, external partners, and other stakeholders.

Actively participate in meetings, providing inputs and facilitating communication across departments and teams.

Apply business acumen to devise enhancements for financial processes.

Collect and analyze meeting data; formulate new control measures and quantify success metrics from the analyzed information.

Audit, develop, and maintain reports from project information in department databases like SAP, Cvent, etc.
Education Requirements:
-
Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in business, finance, or a related field of study with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025.
Functional Skills:

Broad proficiency in the use of technology platforms and tools, including Microsoft Office.

Ability to develop presentations and business cases that effectively communicate the opportunity and recommendations to achieve objectives.

Ability to perform complex tasks and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
