Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be involved with a full spectrum of finance tasks and responsibilities related to our Accounts Payables and mission is to drive and manage the successful tracking, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, reporting and closure of all finance-related items for Accounts Payables.
The incumbent is also expected to assist in maintaining very good communications with our partners and vendors, the Company’s cash flow, track the A/P accounts and ensure our process is applied correctly and consistently to all activities included under the Finance teams.
Objectives and Responsibilities
· Support the Business: Communicate and work with the Biz. team to align and solve any matter with clients or vendors
· Billing: Ensure billing is done on time and accurately, and that GBM and LITO are updated
· Collections: work together with Finance Analyst assisting with collections if needed. Ensure the follow-up is done. Work on issues to collect on time
· Vendor Bills: COGS + OPEX upload VBs in NS and update GBM (COGS)
· Vendor Payments: Based on the approved vendor payment list for that week, input transactions in the Bank
· Bank Reconciliation: Ensure BR is updated and reconciled weekly
· Monthly Closing: Upload documentation on a shared drive to ensure Local Accountant is provided with all required information on time
· Organization: organize Sales Office daily tasks, and align priorities with the Head of Finance and raise any issues, escalate collections, etc
· Audit / SOX: Make sure to work within the SOX guidelines & approval processes. Perform SOX Controls as required per schedule
Required Qualifications and Skills

· Must possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience with in-depth knowledge in bookkeeping and AP/AR accounting principles
Strong professional oral and written communication skills in English
· Experience with ERP system (Netsuite)
· Multitasking with high attention to detail
· Experience with SOX Compliance & Audit processes would be advantageous
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, specializing in Excel or Google Spreadsheets
· Produce work with a high level of accuracy and ability to work under tight deadlines with big volumes of work
