Summary
The role is responsible for delivering high quality analysis on business performance in Global Commercial (GC), supporting the GC FP&A Director to ensure high quality, accurate and timely analysis of data.
Analysis will include monthly P&L and working capital performance reviews (Actuals vs Budgets) and the analysis and consolidation of monthly sales, to ensure senior regional leaders have insight into the most up to date information to aid decision making. The Finance Manager will help to bring timely insight and analysis to understand trends and variances.
The role will play an integral part in all Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities for GC, including accurate budgeting and coordinating an in-depth understanding of budget submissions.
The Team
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join our Global FP&A team. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality financial insight and analysis to support Global Commercial (GC) decision-making and business performance.

Role and Responsibilities

Deliver accurate monthly and YTD sales reporting vs Plan and budget, including variance analysis by cluster and product.

Produce commentary and presentations for senior leadership on GC performance.

Support budgeting processes (OB, MYE) by collating and validating market submissions, challenging assumptions, and aligning reporting.

Develop dashboards and reporting templates for use across Embedded Finance teams.

Partner with FSIS to develop and implement Power Query reporting tools across Sales, P&L, Working Capital, and other key metrics.

Provide ad hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and presentation support to enable effective decision-making.
What You’ll Bring

ACCA or CIMA qualified with required years post-qualification experience in FP&A or Business Partnering.

Proven experience managing budgeting/reporting systems and large data sets.

Strong analytical, Excel, and financial modeling skills.

Ability to influence and communicate effectively across finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Confident working independently while prioritizing competing tasks.

Skilled in identifying risks, driving process improvement, and developing KPI frameworks.

Experience with Power Query and collaborative tools is an advantage.
