Job Description
Bring your expertise to our Global Cash Asset Management team, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing End-to-End Cash Management. As part of a global team, you'll provide critical operational and strategic support to Treasury CIO, improving cash position projections, Central Bank Cash management, and post-cash movement analysis. Join us in automating and refining cash movement processes to improve account data quality, strengthen controls, and tackle lost revenues, increased costs, and operational inefficiencies.
As a Cash Asset Management - Demand Management Lead in Global Cash Asset Management team , you will work with the Cash Asset Management Leadership Team and Service Owners, to achieve all associated organisational and workforce aligned objectives in support of our key values, ensuring the right cash, is in the right place, at the right time, with maximum transparency. You will be accountable for Leadership and Management of demand management to meet expectations of all CAM service beneficiaries, in particular for client experience, risk and controls, resiliency, process improvements and standardisation of service offering.
Job responsibilities

- Allocate and prioritize resources to ensure all services are equipped to meet the standards expected by our internal clients.
- Meet all financial objectives.
- Build strong relationships with key partners, including Treasury, Settlement Operations, Finance Controllers, Product Controllers, and Cash Asset Class Controllers.
- Participate in location initiatives with team members and global managers, seeking ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes and working practices.
- Get involved in and own key global strategic initiatives.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in Cash Management, Treasury, Finance, or Accounting.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, QlikView, etc.
- Expertise in Data Management, effectively applying best practices without compromising speed and quality.
- Strong Data Analysis skills, with the ability to source, analyze, and visualize large data sets to derive actionable outcomes.
- Project Management skills, with a focus on execution and risk awareness, and the ability to articulate clear and workable solutions.
- Builds and promotes a client/customer-centered organization.
- Experience in the industrialization of new processes.
