This hybrid position requires two days per week in our Dublin office. About you

About this role
Udemy is seeking a FP&A manager to serve as a critical finance partner to the Global Customer Success and EMEA Sales organizations. You will bring best practices and thoughtful approaches to modeling the business and build budgets and forecasts which align with strategic objectives and operational initiatives. You will consolidate business results, monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, and partner with the business to adjust as necessary. You will also be responsible for delivering value-added analyses that lead to insightful decision-making and prioritization. This highly visible role works cross-functionally to advise the business, influence strategies, and drive ad hoc special projects as needed.
What you'll be doing
- FP&A Leadership: Partner with Customer Success and EMEA Sales leaders to deliver financial planning, forecasting, and analysis that supports business priorities and objectives.
- Financial Reviews: Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reviews to executive leadership, highlighting growth opportunities, potential risks, and performance insights.
- Metrics Management: Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as ARR, NDRR, customer retention, and other critical sales and customer success metrics.
- Process Improvement: Enhance business planning and reporting processes to improve data transparency, accessibility, and management decision-making.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Operations teams to ensure alignment on data definitions, metric accuracy, and automation initiatives.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain detailed financial models aligned with corporate goals and go-to-market strategies, supporting investment and efficiency benchmarks.
- Pipeline & Quota Planning: Manage comprehensive funnel planning models, ensuring accuracy in pipeline forecasts, quotas, customer retention targets, and regional/segment-level goals.
- Regional P&L Management: Develop and oversee GTM contribution margin P&Ls by region and segment, optimizing for profitability and efficiency.
What you'll have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, venture capital, or a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel skills; experience with Salesforce, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar FP&A tools.
- Expertise in financial modeling with a thoughtful approach to data-driven analysis.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams to drive valuable insights and meaningful collaboration
