Responsibilities:

Perform all internship tasks and activities as assigned.

Communicate effectively with the manager and internal sponsor.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Post journal entries to record business transactions and ensure effective internal controls.

Reconcile supplier and bank statements by analyzing discrepancies.

Prepare and process payments to local and overseas vendors, ensuing compliance with agreed terms.

Monitor customer receivables to meet collection targets and maintain a healthy portfolio.

Coordinate with IT vendors for system installations and troubleshooting.

Support end-users with IT issues, ticket tracking, and training to maximize digital tool efficiency.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented student individual finance who is eager to build practical skills in finance at a dynamic and exciting organization. Ideal candidates will have proficient analytical skills (i.e. proficiency in financial analysis tools or techniques), effective written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning and solving problems. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to complete tasks accurately, meet deadlines consistently, and contribute to team goals.
Required:

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Preferred:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software or data visualization tools is a plus.

A solid foundation in financial principles, with coursework or experience in budgeting, forecasting, or data analysis.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
