Program Overview
Our Graduate Trainee (GT) programs are developed for specific business divisions and are uniquely tailored in collaboration with business leaders. The GT programs serve to develop subject matter experts within their selected divisions, with the aim of creating a holistic young banker at the end of each program. We are currently hiring Graduate Trainees for our Finance Division.
Program Framework
GT Programs typically consist of 2 rotations across departments within the division, supported by coaching from line managers. The rotations allows for the GT's to explore different departmental functions and provide opportunities to widen your depth of knowledge of how they contribute to the larger Group Finance
Eligibility

Fresh graduates with a minimum CGPA 3.2 or 2nd Class Upper and its equivalent
