Your opportunity
Business Partnering
- Partner with the business and support in negotiating with external stakeholders (customers, HCP's, key accounts) throughout the customer journey.
- Stay abreast of and scan the internal/external business landscape for trends, issues and opportunities to create value.
- Provide financial analysis, financial modeling, scenario-based financial simulation, consultation, transparency and insights to make good business decisions and achieve business objectives. This includes conducting pricing calculation & analysis, business deal (GDC) review, jointly evaluation of distributor, supporting with developing customers’ promotion schemes.
- Identify, analyze and drive continuous process improvements relating to financial process & systems, based on prioritization and relevance to business needs. Lead process harmonization, simplification and standardization by leveraging the process excellence network as well as automation, digitization and digitalization of processes.
- Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide advice on financial implications of proposed business activities/projects.
- For the respective business area & key accounts, assure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and metrics or advise deviations and corrective actions. This includes supporting the commercial team in pricing calculations/analysis/review, monitoring sales, customer profitability and investment utilization.
- Serve as a knowledge connector across business areas, functions, divisions and geography.
Business Planning
- Support on planning event processes for local affiliate – business plan (T3), budget (T0) and the monthly outlook for the full P&L.
- Provide structured analysis of plan assumptions and performance targets and enable the business to make informed decisions.
- Monitor sales, costs, profit, highlighting unusual trends and cost saving areas to the management team.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s and Master degree in Accounting or Business Administration from a recognized university / tertiary institution.
- At least 7-10 years of related experience, preferably with a multinational healthcare (Pharmaceutical or Diagnostic) or FMCG Company.
- Audit background is an advantage.
- Strong technical skill of using Data Analyzer Tools / Systems and Applications. Knowledge of SAP ERP system is an advantage.
