About the Role

This role supports the Global Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team in working towards our objectives and in delivering the critical change and transformation work across the business. The role has a clear ‘digitalisation’ focus, supporting digital solutions and process improvements that are critical to support business scaling and allows focus to be shifted to value-added work and partnering.

  • Key BI role for Finance, supporting Finance teams in markets and the global Finance team with BI training and other support.

  • Ensure integrity of data and smooth running of our financial reporting systems. Performing root cause analysis and reconciliations to understand the flow of data and how it is generated.

  • Support the Digitalisation journey and our data transformation projects, driving efficiency and automation. Assist in instilling proper processes and data integrity practices along the way.

About You

  • Demonstrated commercial experience with information systems management, with a focus on reporting and financial systems

  • Experience in Business Process Improvement including problem solving and root cause analysis

  • Some exposure to or experience with Microsoft Power BI (or similar reporting system)

  • Oracle JDE experience is beneficial

  • Management / Financial Accounting experience an advantage
