As the Finance & Controlling Intern, you will be responsible for handling general administrative and support activities for the Finance and Controlling department. The hours are flexible, win a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 40 hours a week.
Onsite/ hybrid Internship in our Bohemia, NY location.
What you will accomplish together with us:
- You will monitor and maintain open balances of assigned customers.
- One of your tasks will be to communicate and follow up with assigned customers regarding payment status.
- You will assist in obtaining necessary documentation and coordinate resolutions for disputed invoices.
- On an as needed basis, you will perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- 20-40 hours a week

- Good standard of education, ideally with internship experience in administration.
- Experience with office administration.
- Strong organization and effective communication skills across all levels and functions.
- Customer service orientation with attention to detail.

Compensation for this position will be a base salary of $18.00/hour.
