Testronic, a global leader in quality assurance for the entertainment industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing financial reports and managing all finance and accounting operations for international entities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in accounting or finance, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work well independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues and have a high level of attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting operations, including GL and Cost Accounting for the UK entity
- Support the month-end and year-end close process for the UK entity
- Participation in the annual financial audit
- Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts
- Prepare monthly financial statements, incl. the balance sheet, P&L, and non-financial KPIs
- Support the monthly management reporting process
- Manage and coordinate the financial reporting platform for the Testronic Group
- Assist with the budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting
- Perform additional controller duties as required
Systems:
- SAP Business One – accounting software
- Planful – finance reporting software (implementation in progress)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller, ideally with 2+ years of experience
- Knowledge of international accounting principles and procedures would be a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance reporting systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure
