Finance Business Partner
About the role
Finance Business Partner is a key role in Haleon finance function. The role provides support to business stakeholders and entity Finance leads, provides financial expertise to support decision making, supports month end closing and group financial reporting activities, simplification, financial management and governance. As a Finance Business Partner, you will support our Marketing organization in Czechia and Slovakia.
Role Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to finance leaders and business stakeholders, collaborate closely with them to understand their financial needs, challenges, and opportunities.

Manage on time in full information flow of month end closing process, corporate and local management reporting.

Support budgeting and forecasting process, identify risks and opportunities and propose actions to mitigate risks and maximise opportunities.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, internal policies.

Assist prediction processes to help improve future business management and operation.

Develop financial and non-financial processes for better business support and execution.

Perform finance business partnering activities, including but not limited to Overhead and A&P planning and forecasting, media effectiveness analysis, post implementation reviews and commercial contract reviews.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:

2-3 years’ experience in financial planning or controlling.

Ability to act as a business partner, affinity to support the business in decision making.

Strong experience working cross-functionally, demonstrating a good ability to influence at all levels and the ability to build strong relationships and alignment in a matrix environment.

Fluent English language skills.
-
Knowledge of local language is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills with proven ability to transition them into insights.

Good communication skills.
-
IT literacy, MS applications, special focus on MS Excel.
