We are seeking an experienced Finance & Business Control Manager to join our Scottdale facility, home to 70 dedicated employees.
Your Role
As a key member of our Production Unit Management team, your mission is to oversee the financial operations and controlling functions for the site. You will ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations, deliver accurate reporting of performance, forecasts, and targets, and provide insights, advice, and tools to optimize the site’s financial performance.
This role requires close collaboration with our headquarters in Sweden while providing hands-on leadership and support for the finance and controlling functions while overseeing 1 accounting professional.

Cost Control: Identify cost drivers and implement actionable actions to reduce variances. Drive operational improvements that enhance profitability and achieve measurable cost savings.

Reporting : Responsible for performing all month-end , quarterly and annual close procedures, preparing financial results & various reporting including operational metrics. Communicate and present results to allow a cross-functional team to understand the drivers of business performance.

Financial Planning: Develop precise budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads. Deliver insightful variance analyses that empower the management team to make informed strategic decisions.

Compliance and Risk Management: Strengthen internal controls and ensure all financial activities adhere to regulatory requirements. Minimize risks through proactive strategies, safeguarding the company’s financial integrity.

Financial Oversight: Manage cash flow and banking relationships effectively, ensuring liquidity to meet operational demands. Evaluate investment opportunities that align with strategic objectives, driving long-term growth.
