Ibotta is seeking a Finance Associate to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This person will be responsible for driving enterprise value at Ibotta by conducting research, analyzing data, and generating actionable insights to help us improve our financial performance. This role will also be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, and preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office, (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:

Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the company’s KPIs and revenue results.

Support our Revenue Team including quota setting, sales productivity analysis, sales pipeline forecasting.

Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue and KPIs.

Prepare a variety of reports and presentations that communicate the results of your analysis to senior management, investors, and the Board.

Partner with cross-functional teams and the Senior Leadership Team to implement new initiatives as well as optimize existing processes.

Participate in annual planning / budgeting processes as well as ongoing monthly forecasting under the leadership of team management.

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in data analytics and financial modeling as it relates to FP&A strategies.

What we are looking for:

4+ years of experience in Finance or related field

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field

Interest in Chartered Financial Analyst accreditation preferred

Experience using sales forecasting systems (SalesForce) a plus

Technical Skills: G Suite, Advanced Excel, solid financial literacy and modeling capabilities

Able to manage multiple deliverables without sacrificing attention to detail or efficiency of work production

Ability to provide strong insights beneath the numbers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, profit sharing and equity. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.

Base compensation range: $104,000 - $119,000. This role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary that will increase total earnings.
