Roles & Responsibilities
The Billing Analyst will be supporting accurate and timely completion of billing activities and maintaining billing records for the company. This will include supporting with processing and distributing of invoices in line with established policies. You are expected to have sufficient knowledge of associated regulations and internal controls to complete these activities.
You will report directly to the Billing Manager and work closely with the billing team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of billing activities.
Eligibility
- Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Studies or other related areas
- 5 to 9 years of experience in Billing
- Ability to provide exceptional customer experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
