The Senior Accountant is accountable for performing a variety of routine and some non-routine administrative / accounting functions in accordance with the established standard procedures in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit and collection, master data management, payroll or another related financial area, in order to ensure adequate and reliable accounting of finance related transactions.
He / she assists Financial Managers as required. The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing daily ledger entries and performing checks and balances to ensure proper accounting of finance transactions in all domains.

Job Description:
- Handling day-to-day AP transactions, such as matching of invoices with goods receipt and costing module
- Perform general accounting transactions i.e. prepayments, accrual bookings, reclassifications, fixed assets management, cost allocations and confirmation of intercompany balances
- Managing of vendor master data procedures
- Preparing and managing intercompany cross charge invoices (incl. follow-up with intercompany counter parties)
- Manage tax submissions, such as P.N.D.3, 53,54 and P.P. 30, 36
- Liaise with intercompany and group finance teams as well as internal and / or external auditors
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
