The Upstream Field Support Associate is responsible for supporting the partnership with current and prospective contractors for the Upstream Labor team at Workrise. This position collaborates with internal Workrise partners to understand all products Workrise offers and pending enhancements. The Upstream Field Coordinator both sells Workrise solutions to potential contractors and maintains relationships with current Workrise contractors. This role will be exempt and will report to the Senior Sales Manager. Please note this role is located in West Texas (Permian Basin).

What you'll be doing:
- Relationship Management and Development
- Build and maintain relationships with all Workrise consultants/contractors in the region
- Performs Rig/Site visits multiple times per week.
- Liaise with the internal operations department on all issues through completion of onboarding documents, customer compliance, and implementation process
- Communicate with Workrise Consultants in a full-service capacity from onboarding through end of work with a regular cadence via in-person, voice call, or electronic means
- Form partnerships with contractors, understanding their operations, challenges, needs and solution around those to bring value additive solutions
- Process Management and Documentation
- Update SalesForce with all communications.
- Partner with the Account Executive and Account Management team on navigating sales efforts and supplement their efforts and win together.
- Contributes to the review of documentation and processes to ensure all remain up to date and relevant
Experience and Education Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a sales, business development, client-facing and/or account manager role in the energy industry
- High-level knowledge of oilfield drilling, completion, and production operations
- Experience in dealing with multiple internal stakeholders to solve problems and introduce positive solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) and messaging platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- Excellent organizational skills

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to travel 30% of the time overnight. Most travel will be done during work hours.
