Core Responsibilities

1. Managing Hyper mart (Emart, Homeplus, Lotte Mart) and Independent Toy Stores: 

Deliver our brand value thru merchandising products and execute sales and marketing plan for each store:

  • Delivers monthly and annual sales targets by optimally planning, negotiating, and execution within the assigned territory.

  • Understands and drives key priorities at the shelf in-store, specifically the fundamentals of merchandising at the shelf and inventory management.

  • Manage regional merchandisers to implement store promotion, marketing plan, display product via planograms

  • Understands and effectively leads the buyer and seller relationship for independent toy store

  • Collaborates with KAM to provide outstanding support to customer base.

2. Managing new retail business:

1) Customer Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding new types of retail business including CVS, electronic retail store, stationery shop.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.

2) Joint Business Plan and Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and lead business strategies that aligned with clients' needs and goals.

  • Plan and implement various promotional activities and sales initiatives.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and mutual metrics to enhance strategy and report on progress.

3) Customer Service and Management:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

  • Address any customer complaints or issues promptly.

In this position, the ideal candidate will lead implementation of business plan for in-stores to deliver our value proposition and achieve balanced and profitable growth. And, as a junior account manager, This position will develop new retail business which are opportunities for future growth. Success in this role requires a high level of individual performance and collaboration with key internal and external partners.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Prior work experience is not required for this position but having it can be a plus.

  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude

  • Cross-functional collaboration.

  • Agile and focused approach!

  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.

  • Advanced level of MS Excel is required

  • Driver license

  • Areas of Coverage: Central and Eastern Area
