This entry level sales position is accountable for the specialty toy channel customer base. This position comes with direct responsibility in handling both an existing book of business as well as new business prospects. The candidate will have the opportunity to build key sales skills that will support a future career path in key account management.
Core Responsibilities

Delivers monthly and annual sales targets by optimally planning, negotiating, and selling.

Develops and sells in product listings, planograms, and marketing plans.

Understands and effectively manages the buyer and seller relationship.

Understands and executes key priorities at the shelf, both in-store and online, specifically the fundamentals of merchandising at the shelf and inventory management.

Collaborates with internal partners to provide outstanding support to customer base.

Understands and implement the Go To Market principles and Field Sales service model within the assigned territory.

Plans, prepares, and supports customers at industry trade shows (e.g. American International (New York) Toy Fair, ASTRA Marketplace).

In this position, the ideal candidate will lead a book of business with a designated portfolio of direct existing and new customers. This includes the development and implementation of business plans to deliver our value proposition and achieve balanced and profitable growth. This role resides within a high-profile part of the organization and attributes to business unit revenue and profit targets. Success in this role requires a high level of individual performance and collaboration with key internal and external partners.

Strong verified understanding of Microsoft Office Products (primarily Excel and PowerPoint, Word)

New Location Update
This position will initially be based at our LEGO office at Boylston St, Back Bay, Boston before moving to a new central Boston office location by the end of 2026. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $72,800 - $109,300 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
