About the Position:

The outside sales representative will be expected to meet face to face with various businesses throughout the Savannah area. They will create and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers in their territory. Tasks will include cold calling, customer acquisition, and customer relationship management to consistently produce sales and expand our customer base.

Your Role: Field Sales Executive

  • Full time, Monday - Friday, Field Based: No weekends.
  • Identify & Close Business: Confidently negotiate and quickly close new business across various industries.
  • Generate, Cold Call, and Follow Up: Build rapport with prospective clients through cold calling and networking.
  • Manage Long-Term Relationships: Effectively manage accounts and nurture relationships with customers.
  • Deliver Consistent Results: Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal operations teams to ensure top-tier customer service. 
  • Market & Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of logistics trends to provide strategic solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years of sales experience: In logistics, freight brokerage, and B2B sales.
  • Proven Track Record: Strong history of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to build rapport and close deals confidently.
  • Self-Motivated & Competitive: Go-getter attitude with a drive for success.
  • Problem Solver: Quick thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
